For the best results we recommend you visit a Lingerie Specialist Store for a Bra Fitting. If you aren't able to visit a store for an expert fitting, follow the steps below to determine your approximate size - as this is a guideline only and the best way to check if a bra fits is to try it on.
When using a tape measure please remember ...
To measure over the most comfortable bra you have (avoid push-up, or contour bras)
Do NOT measure over clothing
The Band Size measurement will be 90% accurate
The cup size will vary depending on the style and brand of bra you choose (e.g a Demi Cup or Full Cup bra in a 12B/34B will not have the same fit) note: it is possible to fit 3 different cup sizes depending on the bra you choose.
That a tape measure is rigid, and your body and your bra is NOT
Use a measuring tape, and enter your BAND SIZE and CUP SIZE below:

To measure your BAND SIZE place the tape measure around your torso, just under your bust. Check in a mirror side-on that the tape measure is level and straignt all the way around your body. Take a firm measurement.
To measure your CUP SIZE measure across the fullest part of your breasts. Check in a mirror side-on that the tape is level and straight around the body. Take a loose measurement.
