We've designed our catalogue system so that it's easy to use and we hope you agree, that it's intuitive.  An overview and break-down of the process is set out below:

Process Overview:

Buying our products has never been easier.  Our online system allows you to register once, purchase products and pay by direct debit, telegraphic transfer/bank draft or credit card.  You have control over the entire process and can decide to proceed or stop at any time. The shopping process involves four (4) steps. We examine each of these steps below.

Your progress through the shopping process is presented in graphic format so that you know where you are, in terms of the overall proccess, at any given time.

Step 1 - Adding items to your virtual shopping cart:

Step 1 - Add to cartOnce you've located the product(s) of your choice, adding to your shopping cart is as simple as clicking on the add to cart button button appearing directly below the product. The page will then refresh indicating that the product has been added.  Just like the supermarket you are able to add multiple items.

Viewing the content of your cart:
At any time during the shopping process you are able to view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the View Cart button button.  When more that one item is present, they will be itemised and you will be provided with a running total of their value. You are also provided with a number of other convenient options:
 

Continue Shopping button 

Clicking this button will return you to the index of our products and you will be able to continue your shopping.
 

Update Total button 

If you wish to change the quantity of a particular item, simply change the quantity and click on this button.
 

Checkout button 

Clicking this will take you through to the Checkout counter to finalise your order.  New customers will be asked to register and provide a few details that we need to complete your order.
 

Delete

To remove an item from your cart simply click on the Delete link appearing directly to the right of the product.

Step 2 - Checkout / Registration:

Step 2 - CheckoutWhen you've finished browsing our catalog and adding items to your shopping cart, the next step is to move to the Checkout counter. This is as simple as clicking on the Checkout button button.

Registration:
To finalise your order we need some information from you (your name, address, etc).  The registration also ensures that future shopping will be fast-tracked (you need to register once only).  When you return and Logon, our system will remember your details.

Checkout:
The final stages in the order process is also simple.  You are presented with a summary of your order and will then be asked to confirm your payment method. You can pay by Credit Card, Bank Draft, Cheque or Direct Credit to our bank.

International Credit Cards - Because or a high incidence of Credit Card fraud from orders originating outside of New Zealand, we now accept Credit Card orders from international customers, ONLY where we can verify online, the address details of the shopper..

We regret any inconvenience that this might cause.

Step 3 - Review Order Details and Submit:

Step 3 - Details of OrderDepending on the payment method selected, you will be presented with a order confirmation page. This is where you will be presented with instructions regarding your Bank Draft or Cheque or prompted to enter in your credit card details and click .

For your security, Credit card details are entered via our SECURE PAGES which impliment the secure socket layer (SSL). Under SSL the details provided by you are encrypted between you and our server.

On receipt of your order we will verify your transaction.

NB: Only stock held in inventory is available for purchase from our Website.

Step 4 - Email Confirmation/Order Fulfillment:

Step 4 - Confirmation Email/FulfullmentUpon receipt of your order we immediately despatch an email acknowledging and summarising your order. Our team then swing into action and quickly and efficiently dispatch your products.

Login:
Once you've registered, the next time you return to our Website, in most cases it will recognise you.  In the event however that you are using a different computer than the one you used when you first registered, you are able to Login (using your e-mail and password).
