Orders are processed and shipped within two business days:
For New Zealand deliveries, you can expect delivery within three working days if Courier-Economy delivery is chosen, or the next working day if Courier/Air delivery is chosen.
For deliveries outside of New Zealand, you can expect delivery within twenty working days if Courier Standard delivery is chosen, or within six working days if Courier/Air delivery is chosen.
Orders with more than one item may be shipped in separate packages.
Freight Charges:
Freight charges are calculated based on the region your package is to be delivered to and the combined weight of the total order. Within NZ, freight/shipping costs are unlikely to exceed $10.00. You are able to select whether your package is to be sent by Courier Standard delivery or Courier/Air delivery at the checkout stage of ordering. The latter is more expensive. In the case of deliveries to RD addresses a NZ$4.00 surcharge is applied.
In some cases, on International orders, shipping costs may actually be higher than the value of the goods being shipped. We provide an additional freight option to overseas customers of Post - Air which is considerably cheaper than international courier rates. The relatively low value of the $NZ combined with the Post - Air freight option ensures overseas purchases remain affordable. Our currency converter will confirm this.
Sales Tax:
Once you have entered your shipping address, New Zealand Goods and Service Tax at the rate of 12.5% is added for New Zealand delivery addresses only. Purchases for persons resident in countries other than New Zealand are zero-rated for NEW ZEALAND Goods and Service Tax.
Charge Options:
NZ Customers -- We accept Bank Drafts, Direct Credits, Cheques and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard). In the near future we are expecting to add other cards to this service.
International Customers -- We accept Bank Drafts, Telegraphic Transfers and Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa) WHERE WE CAN VERIFY online the address details of the shopper. In cases where we are unable to verify a shoppers address, we reserve the right to require payment by a method other than Credit Card.
