We do not charge freight on any purchase of $70 or more, provided the delivery address is within New Zealand.
Delivery Within New Zealand
For most destinations within New Zealand and provided we have the items in stock we will do our utmost to deliver your order overnight. We use a courier for all orders and we do not require a signature on receipt
. If you have any special delivery instructions, such as where to leave the parcel if you are not home, please let us know by entering the information in the Comments Box on the Shipping page.
Same day delivery within Hamilton City if your order is placed before 2pm.
Rural deliveries can take an additional 1 - 2 working days.
Please call us if your need is urgent and we will do our best to get your order processed quickly.
All international orders are sent using the New Zealand Post International Air Mail service. International Air has a three to ten-day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide. We will promptly pack and send your order, so you should expect delivery within 14 days of your order date.
At Hot Gossip Bra Shop, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Our returns policy is simple. If any item arrives in a damaged condition or is in any way unsuitable, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it for you or refund your purchase price.

We will issue you an exchange or refund provided that:

- - The item is unworn, and in its original condition

To return an item to Hot Gossip Bra Shop simply complete the relevant sections of the Return / Exchange form that you can download using the link at the bottom of this page. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, colour or item. Post or courier the item you are returning with the completed form to:

Refunds and Replacements
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we have received and processed the returned item. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
